FIASA – Tooling Construction and Maintenance

We firstly define the concept and list the functional requirements for the tools. These are manufactured by our highly skilled pool of suppliers with whom we keep close and longlasting relationships that we carefully nurture.

High availability of tools in the foundry is provided by our own in-house tool maintenance workshop. Smooth and close communication between casting facilities, engineering and the maintenance workshop allows us to rapidly optimize the tools.

The tooling and maintenance workshop devices are CAD-CAM-CNC integrated, which makes short-term modifications easier and faster.
