• Finite Element Anlysis and Filling- und Soldification Simulations for optimal product and tool design.
• 3D Models in customer systems: Catia, SiemensNX, Unigraphics.
• Prototyping: 3D Printing, Sintering, Sandcasting, LP-Sandcasting, High-Pressure-Die-Casting. Delivery times from 1 – 8 working weeks’.
• Tooling Construction: Internal Die Design and Book of Requirements. External construction at experienced supplier panel. Internal Maintenance. Internal Tool Competence in place.
• Die Casting: 23 cold chamber horizontal High Pressure Die Casting Machines with locking forces between 600 – 1.800tn in fully automatized production cells (including shotblasting).
• CNC Machining: 53 spindles (1- or 2-spindle machines, horizontal or vertical) integrated in automatized production cells including washing, assembly, leakage testing (in clean rooms.
• Logistics: customer packaging and delivery according to customer specifications.
